Return Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders can be canceled without charge within seven business days of when it was placed. After seven business days, all canceled orders will incur a 20% fee. Once a product has left our facility it will fall under our terms established in our return policy. A partial or full refund will be issued and the customer will be notified through email.

RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
All returns must be in new and unused condition, The original box with all original tags and labels attached will be used to return the item. The shipping cost to return the item will be the responsibility of the customer. Please Note ● A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $60.00. If we receive your return and discover that the item is used an additional 5% fee will be put in place. any modification done to the rack will not be eligible for returns. original shipping costs will not be refunded

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least four 4-5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
